Individuals & Families

What would happen if you had someone right next to you who knew exactly what you needed and had an unwavering belief in you? What if that person was you? Behavioral Fitness helps to discover the root causes of maladaptive behaviors, identify ways to work better with others and develop new approaches to facing life challenges. Learn how to get started building your behaviorally fit life and family.

Behavioral Fitness is a client-driven program. We personalize our tools and approach to address each client’s unique goals and objectives. Our customized programs aim to optimize your Behavioral Fitness experience.

We have developed a number of evidence-based approaches to address maladaptive behaviors (often labeled by the medical community as disorders). We facilitate access to care and community through partnerships with experts in a wide variety of fields and specialties. Where possible, we integrate technology (video conferencing, online apps, texting, podcasts, videos) to increase accessibility to our programs which may include any or all of the following elements:

One-on-One Sessions

Engage in private one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) discussing the root causes of presenting circumstances.

Planning

Co-create a customized, results-oriented plan with clear goals and objectives to effect changes to improve the quality of life for all involved.

Education

Participate in group and educational workshops that incorporate Lifestyle Medicine (art, music, human connection, photography, theater, and more).

Collaboration

Collaborate in small peer-to-peer groups and within your setting (family, school, work, team) to develop tools to work better together.
