Individuals & Families
Behavioral Fitness is a client-driven program. We personalize our tools and approach to address each client’s unique goals and objectives. Our customized programs aim to optimize your Behavioral Fitness experience.
We have developed a number of evidence-based approaches to address maladaptive behaviors (often labeled by the medical community as disorders). We facilitate access to care and community through partnerships with experts in a wide variety of fields and specialties. Where possible, we integrate technology (video conferencing, online apps, texting, podcasts, videos) to increase accessibility to our programs which may include any or all of the following elements:
Engage in private one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) discussing the root causes of presenting circumstances.
Co-create a customized, results-oriented plan with clear goals and objectives to effect changes to improve the quality of life for all involved.
Participate in group and educational workshops that incorporate Lifestyle Medicine (art, music, human connection, photography, theater, and more).
Collaborate in small peer-to-peer groups and within your setting (family, school, work, team) to develop tools to work better together.
Leverage unique programs to meet your needs such as:
- HIPP (Healing in Place Program),
- PEACE (Providing Easier Access to Care Everywhere),
- TL4C (Teen Leaders For Change), and
- Sustainability Planning.
Individuals and families who participate in our Behavioral Fitness program come away with the new-found skills to approach life’s challenges.

”After one meeting with my Behavioral Fitness Coach, I had learned more ways to help myself than all 18 years of therapy combined. I cannot recommend Behavioral Fitness enough to anyone who is seeking a better and more peaceful path through life.
”My girlfriend and I saw Dr. Mayo speak last year at the Psychedelic Medicine Festival and loved every minute of it: the insight and wisdom was so on point and we walked away feeling inspired and ready to make positive changes in our lives.
